At sozee.ai, we strive to provide the best AI content generation tools for our users. We value your business and aim to be as transparent as possible regarding our billing, cancellation, and refund processes.

By signing up for a sozee.ai account and purchasing a credit package or subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. The 7-Day Usage-Based Refund (New Sign-Ups)

We want you to feel confident exploring our AI content studio. We offer a refund option for all new subscription sign-ups within the first week.

Eligibility:

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.

Pro-Rata Usage Calculation:

During this 7-day period, refunds are strictly pro-rated based on the credits you have consumed.

  • Zero Usage: If you have not used any credits, you are eligible for a full 100% refund.
  • Partial Usage: If you have used credits, your refund will be reduced by the percentage of credits consumed. For example, if you used 25% of your credits, you will receive a 75% refund.

This policy ensures you can try our platform risk-free while covering the high-cost GPU computing resources used for any content you do generate.

2. Subscription Cancellations (After 7 Days)

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

Pro-Rata Refunds:

Unlike many SaaS platforms that lock you into a billing cycle, we believe in fairness. If you choose to cancel your account midway through your billing cycle (after the initial 7 days):

  1. Calculation: We will calculate a pro-rata refund based on the unused days remaining in your current billing period.
  2. Credit Adjustment: The refund amount may be further adjusted if the credit usage during the active period is disproportionately high compared to the time elapsed.
  3. Account Closure: Upon processing a pro-rata refund, your account access and any remaining credits will be terminated immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following specific situations:

  • One-Time Credit Packs: “Top-up” or “Pay-as-you-go” credit packs purchased outside of a recurring subscription are non-refundable once they have been added to your account balance.
  • Terms of Service Violations: If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating illegal content, attempting to reverse-engineer the platform), you strictly forfeit all rights to a refund.
  • Past the 7-Day Window: For initial sign-ups, requests made after 7 days will fall under the standard Subscription Cancellation policy (Section 2).

4. Refund Processing

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, you can contact our support team via:

  • In-App Support Chatbot: Navigate to the support widget within your user dashboard.
  • Email: Send a request to support@sozee.ai.

Please include the following details in your request:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address associated with your sozee.ai account.
  • Your reason for the request (your feedback helps us improve).

Timeline:

Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Changes to This Policy

Sozee.ai reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
